Babu Nabin Chandra Sen (1847 – 1909), founder of Feni Govt. Pilot High School, was a Bengali poet and writer.
He was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
He earned his BA from General Assembly’s Institution (now Scottish Church College) and joined the government service as a Deputy Magistrate. He retired in 1904.
